Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., goat feed, supplements), customized products, and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After dispatch, the return process applies.
